Margaret has 20 years of investor relations and financial services experience, providing expertise on all aspects of financial positioning and communications. Margaret’s expertise is in leading financial communication strategy, corporate messaging, and developing investor relations best practices.
Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Margaret spent ten years at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. Margaret lead the investor relations strategy, crafted IR presentations, quarterly earnings documents and financial marketing materials. She participated in Diamond’s secondary roadshow and organized non-deal roadshows. Margaret has significant experience in competitive analysis, targeting, shareholder analysis, and arranging investor and analyst events.
Margaret also has agency experience, spending several years at investor relations firm Financial Relations Board. While at FRB, Margaret counseled agency clients on financial marketing strategy, arranged non-deal roadshows, conducted buy-side and sell-side targeting programs and perception studies. Margaret began her career in operations for Chicago Research and Trading.
Margaret has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University and is a member of the Young Men Service League.
Donni is a 30-year strategic communications veteran with expertise in communications strategy, corporate positioning, message development, presentation training, IPO preparation, crisis communications and media relations. She supports teams across the agency and leads engagements with the firm’s Midwest clients.
Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Donni was a founding partner of Financial Relations Board, which she helped build into the nation's largest investor relations firm. She has worked in many industry sectors and with companies throughout the corporate lifecycle from pre-IPO to Fortune 500.
The winner of numerous PRSA Silver Anvil Awards, Donni has written for Institutional Investor, International Business Journal and Investor Relations Magazine and has been a featured speaker on business ethics, institutional targeting, “selling your brand to Wall Street” and intellectual capital.
She has served on the Board of the Institute of Business and Professional Ethics at DePaul University for 12 years and is currently on the President’s Advisory Council of Governors State University. Previously she served six years on the Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Management at Kaplan University. A member of The Chicago Network, Donni has also received the Midwest Women's Tribute to Ten Outstanding Chicago Women.
Moira is the founder of Financial Profiles, a strategic communications agency that specializes in creating value for clients in terms of corporate reputation, company valuation or other measurable results. Financial Profiles serves clients across industry sectors and has a dedicated financial services practice serving banks, specialty finance companies, asset managers, and sell-side firms.
Over her 25+ year career, Moira has provided strategic counsel to hundreds of management teams, boards, general counsels and communications professionals on investor relations, media and public relations, capital markets strategy, governance issues, transactions and crisis situations.
Moira is a frequent author, speaker and guest lecturer on strategic communications issues and also handles public relations for two chapters of the National Association of Corporate Directors. She is a graduate of Georgetown University.
