Peer-to-Peer Dinners: Importance of Corporate Culture and the Board's Role
Once again, these Director Peer-to-Peer dinners were a great success receiving very high marks from attendees. With the demand and increased attendance, they will become a staple for the Chapter's April programming. A downloadable White Paper on the various dinner discussions is listed below.
Join the NACD Chicago Chapter and your director peers for our second annual corporate director peer-to-peer dinner events. Focused on networking and providing an engaging discussion, this year’s hot topic is the Importance of Culture and the Board's Role. These small group dinners are reserved for NACD director members who currently serve on a public or private board.
Last year's dinners were rated the chapter's best event in 2016-2017:
- "Great event! Perfect size for a robust discussion."
- "Excellent opportunity to interact with an intimate group of directors, and establish contacts within a small group setting. This is a great new idea -- please continue to offer next year."
- "Excellent food and conversation. Perfect setting, in terms of number of people and level of talent for a constructive, engaging conversation."
Our dinners, hosted by the Chapter's board directors or other senior director members, will be held in Downtown Chicago, Evanston, Lake Forest, Oak Brook, and Milwaukee, WI. While we cannot guarantee your first choice of location, please contact Kathy Hendrickson at (630) 527-9579 to register and share your first and second choices.
