The Generational Disruption of Corporate America
America’s C-Suites and boardrooms are experiencing transformational change as the generation of multi-ethnic, multi-gender Boomers have begun assuming the mantle of leadership from the prior Silent Generation. Mr. Underwood shares his insights on the political, cultural, and societal events shaping the core values of these generations, leading to profound differences in their leadership beliefs and obligations. He describes the momentous impact these differences will have on corporations and boardrooms.
A noted speaker, Mr. Underwood’s keynote address at NACD’s 2014 National Leadership Conference was rated one of the best ever.
NACD recognizes the importance of cultivating tomorrow’s directors today, therefore, this event is being presented as an "Open" event. NACD Chapters may host up to two “Open” events per year that director-ready executives may attend outside of the regular “two-and join” policy. Please go to the "About Us" tab on our home page for NACD's attendance policy.
